Alone…Again

The lights flicker For this storm

This house whispers not A new shaping form

This world is so cold

And everything left to chance Not a sound one uttered

No music for a dance

Just a cover for protection And a glimmer as my flame My dusty corner my only friend And I'm alone again

Give me a candle Some kind of fire My spark is low

And I'm alone again
