Love Is so tender

Yet rough around the edges

It's optimistic

And clean

But can be so serious

And covered with sin

But will always be

That feeling in your stomach

Your ear heating up

Your face becomes flushed

And the rage of empowerment

Loving love is hard to do

Because love can run away

But when you’re out and about

And Love gets kidnapped

Find out who stole it

Because that should probably be

Greeted with a smile

Kissed with your lips

And rubbed with your skin

They deserve it sometimes

And so do you
